In the first match of the day, Medziphema Village Youth Organization overcame the Chester United . In a closely contested first half, the first goal came from Ketoho for MVYO in the 31st minute; however, Kevisekho of Chester equalized in the 35+ minute. The second half witnessed a determined MVYO completely dominating the game. The lead for MVYO was provided in the 50th minute through Menuoneikho. The game was sealed when Thejasehuo scored the 3rd goal in the final minute. Finals Score : 3-1 in favor of MVYO.
In the first quarter final match played in the afternoon, Amigos FC booked their seat in the Semis after overcoming the Sirhima FC. In a match of complete midfield domination, the Amigos destroyed the Sirhima defence. The goal for the Amigos came from Kekhrie (16th minute), Kakhevi (30th minute) Toka (34th minute), Menguzelie (44th minute) and Rhitso (49th minute). The consolation goal for the Sirhima came from Thanghao in the 42nd minute. Final Score: 5-1 in favour of Amigos.
In the second quarter final, Fury FC defeated the VFA FC and proceeded to the Semis. In a high scoring game with lots of missed chances, Fury scored 5 goals and took the win. Despite the fight for a comeback, the complete dominance with superb passing of Fury FC sealed the game. Jangmilen (15 minute), Temjenwati(28 minute), Thülünso (54 & 57 minutes), Hailaujibe (68 minute) were the goal scorers for the Fury. Puleka scored for the VFA in the 44th minute. Final Score: 5-1 in favor of Fury FC.
