Government High School, Mokokchung Village as part of Capacity Building Workshop under Nagaland Education Project – The Lighthouse – (NECTAR) conducted a seminar on creativity in waste management in collaboration with Eco Club, Fazl Ali College on Wednesday, October 26 with Dr. Temjensangla Pongener, Asst Prof., Fazl Ali College as the resource person. A team of 16 students from the Eco Club of FAC also joined the event. After the first session of the seminar, all the students of the school along with the Eco Club of FAC went to Mokokchung park and carried out a cleanliness drive there where they collected 5 sacks of waste. It was the last activity of the school under the first installment of NECTAR.
