Pre-primary students from Government Middle School (GMS) Bayavü, Kohima, visited the Nagaland State Museum, Kohima, on September 12 as part of an exposure and familiarization tour aimed at learning about the rich culture, traditions, and heritage of Nagaland.


The students, guided by their teachers, were introduced to displays representing various tribes and learned about the state’s historical journey.

The students expressed their delight in participating in an out-of-classroom activity, finding it a unique experience that deepened their connection to their roots and history.

The school remains committed to the holistic development and education of its students, a press release issued by the school said.
