Mokokchung, 21 February (MTNews): In a strategic move for the protection of the Free Movement Regime (FMR), the Global Naga Forum (GNF) held a virtual meeting on 19 February 2024, bringing together renowned speakers and representatives to address the critical issues of the FMR discontinuation and the proposed Indo-Myanmar border fencing, both posing significant threats to the Naga community across international borders.
The event, titled “Fences that Divide a People Come Down,” served as a rallying cry against policies deemed detrimental to the Naga identity, igniting a collective call for action and strategic planning to defend Naga land.
