Kohima, 15 January (MTNews): Centre has invited nominations for Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar-2024 in the field of Science, Technology, and Innovation. The awards will be announced on 11 May on National Technology Day. A total of 56 awards have been announced in four categories for individuals or teams. These are Vigyan Ratna, Vigyan Shri, Vigyan Yuva and Vigyan Team awards.
The nominations for this bouquet of awards are invited on the Award Portal of the Ministry of Home Affairs from yesterday to the 28th of next month. The awards this year are being coordinated by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
