The GPRN/NSCN has officially relieved Nihokhu Awomi, Advisor to the Collective Leadership (ACL), from active service in the Naga National Movement, effective 23 January 2026.
In an official statement, the group acknowledged the dedication and contribution of Awomi in various capacities within the movement, describing his service as “a valued asset to the Naga Nation.”
The statement added that the GPRN/NSCN “wishes the best in all his future endeavours,” formally marking the conclusion of his tenure with the organisation.
The certification was issued by MIP, GPRN/NSCN, at Designated Camp Khehoyi.
