During the observance of District Level Padyatra activities on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel from October 31 to November 25, 2025, the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Mokokchung, organized a health camp on November 12, 2025, at the MMC Complex, Mokokchung.
A total of 104 beneficiaries were screened for non-communicable diseases, and medicines were also distributed.
It may be mentioned that under the District Level Padyatra activities, a total of five health camps will be conducted in both urban and rural areas by the Health Department.
The next NCD screening camp will be held on November 15, 2025, at the MMC Complex, where screening for blood pressure, diabetes, anemia, and other conditions will be conducted, targeting both vendors and shoppers.
