The mandi will cover 10 acres and will feature dedicated sections for Anaj (grain) and Sabji (vegetable) markets, aimed at enhancing agricultural trade, providing modern amenities, and bolstering the agrarian economy of Nagaland.

The Naga Mandi, located at Seithekema-A, will act as a central hub for the wholesale trade of agricultural commodities from the region. Key objectives are:

· Creating a Marketplace: Providing a space for farmers to sell produce at competitive prices.
· Improving Market Access: Reducing post-harvest losses through better procurement, storage, and distribution.
·  Boosting Economic Growth: Strengthening the agriculture sector and contributing to the state’s GDP.

The project will be carried out through a Public-Private Partnership, combining the resources of both sectors. RAF LLP will work with the Government of Nagaland to develop, operate, and maintain the mandi, ensuring efficient resource use and risk-sharing.
