Kohima, January 5 (MTNews): A farewell program was held on 5th January 2023 at the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare for outgoing officers Dr K Vikato Kinimi, Principal Director, Dr Thorhusie Katiry, Director and Dr Z Kheshito Zhimo, Additional Director.
The program was chaired by Dr Vibeituonuo Mepfuo, Director (Health), scripture reading and prayer by Dr Khelito, Jt. Director and a special song presented by NHM.
Y. Kikheto Sema (IAS) Commissioner & Secretary, H&FW Govt. of Nagaland delivered a speech which was followed by citation and presentation by Dr Temjentsungla, incoming Principal Director, DHFW and speeches from the outgoing officers.
The outgoing officers in their farewell speech expressed gratitude to all officers and staff for the support rendered during their 35 years of service and encouraged all to continue to work together as one and thanked Almighty God for His help in their journey of serving the Department.
The program concluded with a mass benediction.
