Kohima, 7 August (MTNews): HiKOKI Power Tools India Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with M/s PowerCell, has unveiled its first HiKOKI Shoppee & Service center in Kohima, Nagaland. This opening marks the fifth of its kind in India.
The inauguration ceremony, held today, was graced by Yoshiki Yamanokuchi, the Managing Director of HiKOKI Power Tools India Private Limited, along with Praveen Garg S, Manager – Marketing & Communication (Pan India), and Koushik Roy, Business head for Assam & North East states.
In his address during the event, Yamanokuchi highlighted the incorporation of Japanese technology in HiKOKI’s products, backed by years of experience and customer support. He emphasized their commitment to delivering best-in-class solutions to the Indian industry.
“The strategically located HiKOKI Shoppee and authorized service centers across the country are designed to minimize downtime for customers and provide serviceability at their doorstep,” he said.
Looking forward, HiKOKI envisions expanding its presence to encompass all B & C tier cities, extending its reach and services to a broader customer base. Additionally, the company aims to tailor-make products specifically catering to the unique needs of Indian industries and work environments.
