Mokokchung, 16 December (MTNews): The proprietor and Principal of Hill View Higher Secondary School, Anungla Aier, announced that starting from the next academic session, a pre-school will be introduced for children aged 3 and above. Additionally, skilling sessions after school will be implemented, providing interested students with the opportunity to create, innovate, and sell their products. This announcement was made during her welcome address at the ‘Parents cum Annual Day 2023,’ held at the Hill View Higher Secondary School campus on Saturday.
The event was graced by Dobashi, L Meren Imsong as the special guest. Imsong praised the managing and teaching staff of the school for imparting quality education to the students by integrating skilling aspects into their academic curriculum. Simultaneously, Imsong encouraged parents to provide positive cooperation for the well-being of their children and the school.
Dobashi, L Meren Imsong, went on to announce a generous incentive, offering a sum of Rs 10,000 to every student in Class 10 and 12 who secures a position in the Top 20 during the academic session 2024. This declaration is in honor of the Golden Jubilee celebration of Hill View Higher Secondary in 2024. The occasion was marked by various student performances, including poem recitals, folk songs, choreography, and musical pieces, showcasing the students’ talents and leaving their parents amazed.
