Wokha, November 10 (MTNews): As part of RBI initiative, ICICI Bank Wokha has organised a month-long nation-wide Banking Awareness campaign scheduled for the month of November 2022 in Wokha. The program is being initiated to spread awareness among the public on prevention of Online Cyber Fraud and way of reporting the case through online. It was also emphasized on customer’s rights, service related issue with their respective Banks and steps of escalating the matter to Banking Ombudsman incase of unresolved or unsatisfied resolution.

 

ICICI Bank Wokha has so far conducted two sessions with Community and Rural Health Centre. The program started with introductory remarks by Branch Manager, Chumlamo Ennio and session was taken over by Deputy Branch Manager Renthungo Ezung on various issues and preventive measures. The Bank has also planned to reach out to senior citizens and differently-abled persons during campaign period. Besides, the Bank has rolled out online survey to understand customer’s experiences and awareness on banking practices. The program concluded with vote of thanks by Grace Yanthan, Staff Nurse, Primary Health Centre, Chukitong, Wokha.
