Mokokchung, 29 August (MTNews): The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rainfall in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Meghalaya till 31 of August. The IMD said the monsoon trough continues to run along the foothills of the Himalayas and it is likely to remain along the foothills of Himalayas during next 5 days.
