To promote Indian handicraft, NEPED, Kohima organized a fashion pageant and a quiz show based on handicraft in Hotel ‘D’ Courtyard, Guwahati on 18 March under the theme ‘Jano Desh ko through Handicraft Quiz and Fashion Show’
Sponsored by Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India under AHVY Scheme, the event was graced by Pallav Gopal Jha, IAS Deputy Commissioner Kamrup Metropolitan District, Assam as chief guest while, Imtiyala Longkumer was the host of the evening.
