New Delhi, 25 August (MTNews): A delegation from the Information & Public Relations (IPR) Department, Government of Nagaland, led by Director Dzuvinuo Theunuo, met with Armstrong Pame, IAS, Director (Films), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) on 24 August 2023. The meeting took place at Shastri Bhawan in New Delhi, where various issues concerning the promotion and advancement of film development in Nagaland were discussed.
During the meeting, Theunuo expressed gratitude to the MIB for their several initiatives aimed at fostering the growth of the film industry in Nagaland. Notably, he commended the Ministry’s efforts in facilitating the participation of two film personalities from Nagaland in the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2023.
