Former heavyweight world champion Tyson will be 58 at the time of the fight.

Meanwhile, Paul will be 27 years old, meaning the age gap between them when they touch gloves will be 31 years.

The bout is scheduled to take place on July 20 at the AT&T Stadium in Texas and will be available to all Netflix subscribers.

It is being produced in a partnership between Netflix and Paul’s and Nakisa Bidarian’s Most Valuable Promotions (MVP).

Paul has racked up a pro record of 9 wins, 1 loss, with 6 knockouts since his debut in January 2020. He most recently defeated Ryan Bourland via TKO on March 2. Tyson has a pro record of 50 wins, 6 losses, with 44 knockouts.

“He’s the greatest heavyweight of all time…the most vicious KO artist ever. But I’m younger, I’m faster and I’m going to be working my ass off to get stronger,” Paul posted on X.

“I’m very much looking forward to stepping into the ring with Jake Paul at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas,” Tyson said. “He’s grown significantly as a boxer over the years, so it will be a lot of fun to see what the will and ambition of a ‘kid’ can do with the experience and aptitude of a GOAT…” Mike Tyson.
