Dimapur, March 7 (MTNews): On 5th March 2022, C-Edge College organised the 1st graduation ceremony for the Japanese Language Program virtually via Zoom from 11:00 AM.
Er. Moa Aier, President, CEC, Ms. Wapanginla Ao, CEC Academic Dean, Mr. Apang Aier, CEC HR Director along with 10 others participated in the Certificate Ceremony. A total of 5 students graduated from the batch of 2021-22.

 

Dr. Chubatola Aier, Principal CEC graced the ceremony by welcoming all, and congratulating the students and teacher for their effort in making the Japanese Language Program a success. She highlighted that the institution aims for quality and not quantity in her welcoming note.

 

This was followed by an address from Ms. Yuka Hayakawa, Director of Japan Foundation, New Delhi. She encouraged the students saying learning a new language is not easy yet they made it and appreciated that they have completed the course with their efforts.

 

Ms. Yoko Kanagae, Language Advisor of Japan Foundation congratulated the graduates. She also appreciated the college for introducing the Japanese Language Program and noted the possibility of further collaboration with new courses – Anime, calligraphy, etc.

 

It was followed by the distribution of E-Certificates by Ms. Hayakawa, Japan Foundation.

 

Ms. Neetu Jain, Language teacher, JLP, appreciated the students for their hard work and enthusiasm to learn the language without which would not be a successful one.
Lastly, the students shared their experiences and feedbacks on the course. Vote of thanks was pronounced by Ms. Komuni Chache, Coordinator JLP.
