A joint inspection of the ongoing Foothills Road construction sites under Baghty Division, Wokha district, will be conducted on November 15, 2025.
According to a release from the Media Cell of the Nagaland Foothills Road Coordination Committee (NFHRCC), the inspection team will comprise representatives from the Lotha Hoho and its subsidiaries, NPWD (Roads & Bridges), contractor firms, and members of the media.
The team is scheduled to depart Dimapur at 7:00 am and assemble at Merapani village by 9:00 am where a brief interaction will be held after breakfast. The inspection will then proceed through various work sites and conclude at Hovekhu–Niuland via Old Ralan. Lunch is planned at Hayiyan village between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m.
The Committee urged all concerned departments and contractor firms to extend full cooperation to ensure that the site visit is conducted transparently and fairly.
