The Health and Wellness Club of Jubilee Memorial College, Mokokchung, organized a seminar on the topic “Oral Health: The Window to Overall Health” on Saturday. Students from the Health & Wellness Club, Art & Photography Club, and Finery Club attended the seminar. Dr Sentinenla, a Dental Surgeon from IMDH, emphasized the causes and effects of Oral Cancer, as well as the measures for maintaining overall oral health. She stated, “People who take good care of their teeth at all stages of life have healthy teeth.” At the end of the session, flyers on good oral hygiene practices and facts about Tobacco were distributed to the attendees.
