Kohima Bible College (KBC) graduated 52 students during its 52nd Graduation Day held at the NBCC Convention Centre, Kohima, on Tuesday.

Delivering the graduation address, KBC Principal and Founder and Senior Pastor of Koinonia Baptist Church, Rev. Dr. Zotuo Kiewhuo, emphasised discipleship, sound doctrine and commitment to the Gospel.
Drawing from the example of Jesus Christ, he said believers are called to build the Kingdom of God through evangelism and service. Quoting Luke 17:21, “The kingdom of God is within you,” he urged graduates to remain focused on soul-winning, prayer and Christian ministry.
Highlighting the college motto, “Saved to Serve,” Rev. Dr. Kiewhuo encouraged graduates to stay rooted in biblical teaching and continue serving God faithfully. He also noted that KBC is the first Bible college in Kohima and the first charismatic Bible college in Northeast India, with graduates and alumni serving across all seven continents.
A total of 52 students graduated this year, including 22 Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and 30 Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) graduates. The programme was led by A. Athew, Assistant Professor of KBC. Academic degrees were conferred by Rev. Dr. Zotuo Kiewhuo, while awards were presented by KBC President Abei-ü Neihulie. Khamkai Arolim delivered a speech on behalf of the graduating class.
Among the award recipients, Visinu Thokhwe received David Nann’s Award for Academic Proficiency in the M.Div. programme and also secured awards in Old Testament, New Testament and Systematic Theology. Yuu San Shee received David Nann’s Award for Academic Proficiency in the B.Th. programme and was named Student of the Year 2026.
Other awards recognised excellence in practical ministry, spiritual maturity and social service among the graduating students.
