Kohima, 7 October: Kohima Bible College (KBC) has announced that its Golden Jubilee Celebration, commemorating 50 years of unwavering dedication to serving Christ and nurturing spiritual growth will take place from 21 to 26 November 2023 at the Rüzhükhrie GHSS Ground in Kohima.
A press release issued by KBC has extended an invitation to all churches and well-wishers to join in this joyous celebration, giving thanks for God’s faithfulness over half a century.

As a precursor, in support of the Golden Jubilee, a fundraising event “Sales Day” will be held on 26 October at High School Junction in Kohima and has sought participation.
Meanwhile, KBC encourages alumni, well-wishers, and students to participate in a 3-day period of fasting and prayer in preparation for the Jubilee celebration. The press release states that these days need not be consecutive but a time of reflection and spiritual renewal.
In this regard, the college has urged all to pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on people for global mission, seek restoration and healing, both physical and spiritual, for individuals and the land, pray for the successful win of souls and the production of disciples for church planting ministry and ask for unity in Christ and mutual support for extending the Kingdom of God on Earth.
In the meantime, other prayer points included prayer for Kohima Bible College’s continued progress and God’s providence for all its needs, prayer for the production of disciples and Spirit-filled servants of God for global missions and give thanks to God for His abundant blessings on Kohima Bible College, reflecting on scriptures like Psalms 103:2 and 1 Samuel 7:12.
