Mokokchung, September 30 (MTNews): A state level Quiz Competition on Constitutional Trivia 2022 was organized by Pro Bono Club Kohima Law College on 30th Sept, 2022 where three law colleges in Nagaland: City Law College Dimapur, Kohima Law College and Mokokchung Law College participated.
Asst. Prof. Kezhokhoto Savi while addressing the gathering of about 200 law students from the three law colleges said that this quiz competition is first of its kind in Nagaland. He also mentioned that the program was sponsored by the Ministry of Justice & Law, GoI, New Delhi through Pro Bono Club.
He highlighted that Pro Bono Club was the only club in Nagaland where the club had to impart legal education, provide legal services to the needy and to take initiative in “Public Interest Litigation”.
He also expressed his happiness particularly to Mokokchung Law College and City Law College Dimapur for attending it though the competition was conducted within a short notice.
Kohima Law College bagged the winning prize while Mokokchung Law College and City Law College received the consolation prizes.
