Members of the Kohima Press Club (KPC) visited the Good Samaritan Senior Citizens’ Home in Meriema, Kohima, on the occasion of Independence Day. The KPC team had a brief interaction with the institution’s residents and their caregivers. Currently, there are 23 senior citizen residents, with the oldest being 95 years of age. It has been learned that, apart from a few old-age-related ailments, most of the residents are in good health. The press club donated several essential items to the institution.
