Mokokchung, October 31 (MTNews): Under Swachhta Special Campaign 2.0, an orientation program on hygiene and sanitation was organized by Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Mokokchung on October 31 at Green Hill School, Yisemyong.
The students were sensitized on the topics of personal hygiene and sanitation by the officials from the Kendra. The Kendra provided waste bins for all the rooms of the school and toothbrushes for the school children as a part of the program.
It may be mentioned that the Kendra had been organizing and conducting Swachhta activities throughout the month of October and culminated the campaign with the orientation program.
Altogether, 40 participants benefited from the program.
