The Listeners Feedback App named RAISE (Radio Audience Interactive Survey and Evaluation), developed to gather evaluations of Akashvani programmes, was officially launched on June 27 through a virtual conference by Ashish Bhatnagar, Additional Director General (A, BO & CO-Akashvani), North Eastern Zone.
Akashvani Mokokchung was among the 12 selected stations from the Northeast Zone that participated in the launch. At the station premises, 33 selected registered regular listeners attended the session along with office staff and casual assignees, totaling 65 participants. Three senior citizen regular listeners were presented with mementos.
The programme began with a brief introduction of the app by Prasenjit Dev, Engineering Assistant, Akashvani Guwahati, followed by a short address by B. J. Gogoi, Programme Executive, Office of the ADG(CO), NEZ. A demonstration and technical overview of the app was presented by the development team from Akashvani Agartala. This was followed by the official launch and address by Ashish Bhatnagar.
Participants also shared feedback and views during the session. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Chintra Mein, TREX, O/o ADG(CO), NEZ, Akashvani Guwahati.
The app was installed on the devices of attendees at each station, including Akashvani Mokokchung.
