The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has announced a new restriction on vehicle traffic due to the deteriorating condition of the Longpong Bridge along the Asetkong-Tsusangra road. Effective immediately, vehicles weighing above 8 metric tonnes (MT) will be prohibited from using this stretch of road at the 27.000 km chainage.
