Longraseta Penzür : FAC organises 61st Parting Social for outgoing students

FAC organised its 61st Parting Social with the theme “LongrasetaPenzür” (Wistful Reminiscing) for the Outgoing BA &B.Sc 6th Semester students on 10th May at the college auditorium, an update from the college Information and Publicity Cell informed. The Formal Session waschaired by E. Esther K, Fine Arts and Literary Secretary FACSU.

The program started with an invocation by S.Wennyei Konyak, EU President followed bythe College Anthem. Greetings message was delivered by Ayangshi Jamir, Social Service Secretary FACSU. Special numbers were presented by Ayang & Aben, FACTA and FACSU.

Principal Dr.Temjenwabang on behalf of the teachers and administration advised and encouraged the students to live upto the expectations of being a graduate from an ‘A Grade’ College and wished them a bright future. Lanutangit of BA 4thSem, General Secretary FACSU conveyed words of gratitude to the outgoing senior students for being their mentors and encouraged them to overcome challenges with skills and knowledge gained from the College.

Speech from the Outgoing Students was delivered by Merensunep of BA 6th Sem. The formal session ended with a special prayer for the outgoing students by Dr.Imliwati Longkumer Asstt. Prof. Chemistry. The Outgoing Students include BA- 230 students and B.Sc– 57 students respectively of the 2019 Batch.

The program was attended by students and teachers fraternity. Later after the refreshment in the afternoon, an Informal Session was arranged by the students for the Outgoing Students.
