A program for the distribution of machinery, tools, and equipment to women Self Help Groups (SHGs) was held at Longsa village, Mokokchung, on November 22 with Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) Supongmeren Jamir as the special guest.
The event was organized by the Nagaland Beekeeping & Honey Mission (NBHM) under PMJVM, TRIFED, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. Temjenchuba Kichu, Apiculture Officer and Team Member, NBHM (Mokokchung and Longleng in charge); Longsa Village Council Chairman Akangjungshi Tatar; Longsa Gazetted Officers President Dr. Rongsen; Noklenrenba Tatar; and SHG leader Satemkala also spoke at the event.
