The All Nagaland Private Schools Association (ANPSA), Mokokchung Unit, organized an Inter-School Quartet Competition on September 13, 2024, in commemoration of the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) Golden Jubilee at the Mayangnokcha Government Higher Secondary School (MGHSS) Auditorium, Mokokchung, with Rev Dr Takatemjen, Founder-President of the Northeast Alliance for Leadership, Education and Social Transformation (NEALEAST), as the Special Guest.
A total of sixteen schools from across the district participated in the competition, with Mayangnokcha Government Higher Secondary School (MGHSS) winning first place, followed by Senayangba Government Higher Secondary School and Mission School, Changki, in second and third places, respectively.
The first-place winners, MGHSS, will represent the district at the State Level Quartet Competition in Kohima on September 27, 2024.
