Mokokchung, 30 March (MTNews): The Mokokchung Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) has informed all its members that, as resolved at the MCCI general body meeting held on 25 March last year, it will be collecting Rs 500 each from every member as annual contribution towards the MCCI Building Construction Fund for the year 2023.
“The collection, as decided at the last general body meeting, shall be done during the renewal/registration of Trade Permits,” MCCI informed. It was also informed that this collection be in addition to the annual membership fee of Rs 500 which is also to be collected during the same period.
The total amount to be collected from each member is Rs 1000, inclusive of the membership fee and the contribution to MCCI Building Construction Fund. “All the members are informed to comply with the general body’s resolution,” MCCI said.
Further, MCCI also appreciated all the well-wishers who have made voluntary donations towards the MCCI Building Construction Fund, saying that the construction is going on smoothly as of date because of their generous contribution.
“All the members are further requested to come forward and donate more for the timely completion of the construction project which is located at IM Road, Arkong Ward, opposite HDFC Bank,” MCCI further said.
