In preparation for the 25th Dr T Ao Trophy, which is scheduled to be hosted in Mokokchung in 2026 as part of the silver jubilee celebrations, the Mokokchung District Football Association (MDFA) held a coordination meeting with Ao Senden, the apex body of the Ao Naga community, on 8 October 2025 at the Ao Senden office, Mokokchung.
According to MDFA President, N Akok Longkumer, the meeting is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration between the football association and community stakeholders ahead of the milestone event.
