Medziphema FC lifted the 9th Frolic Cup 2025 after delivering a dominant 5-0 victory over Khaibung Youth & Students Union (KYSU) in the final match held at Medziphema Local Ground.

The hosts, buoyed by home support and a strong semifinal showing, displayed flair and composure to seal the title. KYSU began on the front foot with early attacks, but MFC’s defense held firm, repelling every effort. The deadlock broke in the 26th minute when a poor backpass from KYSU was intercepted by Kanumdi, who calmly slotted the opener. Momentum swung swiftly as Sentilong followed up with a powerful strike from outside the box just a minute later, doubling the lead.

In the second half, MFC’s forwards continued to dismantle KYSU’s defense with slick passing. Kanumdi scored his second in the 60th minute, pouncing on a rebound from a Manton shot. Manton then made it 4-0 in the 63rd minute before Kakhevi added the fifth in the 69th to round off the scoreline. KYSU fought valiantly, creating chances, but were unable to convert.

  1. Thank you for some other informative web site. Where else may I get that type of information written in such a perfect means? I have a challenge that I am simply now working on, and I’ve been at the look out for such information.

  2. Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this blog. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and appearance. I must say that you’ve done a superb job with this. Also, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Chrome. Superb Blog!
