Top 11- Moakala Longchari
Moakala Longchari, daughter of Lanutoshi, Changki village not only secured a top 20 position but also secured the highest mark in Ao subject in the recently declared NBSE HSLC result from Children School.
Talking to Mokokchung Times, she expressed how privileged she feels and that everything has been totally unexpected and thanked God, her parents, teachers, friends and especially her tuition teacher, Moa who dedicated so much into teaching her.
Speaking about her future plans, she said she would love to take up science stream as she had been interested in science subjects as a kid with Mathematics being her favorite subject.
“I still have not yet decided which school to go for,” she said.
Top 13- Aochina Jamir
Hailing from Longsa village, Aochina Jamir, daughter of Lanuwapang Jamir and a student of Children school expressed how her success feels like a dream and could not contain her excitement as she extended her gratitude to her parents and all of her family members and her teachers who had guided her throughout the journey.
She then expressed how she would like to pursue science stream as all of her family members are in the medical field and therefore, would like to pursue the same in the future.
“I have always been interested in science as a kid and would like to pursue a medical career like most of my family members,” she said.
An enthusiastic Aochi also said that she will be continuing her study in Queen Mary Higher Secondary School.

Top 14- Narola Imsong
Narola Imsong of Queen Mary Higher Secondary School from Yaongyimsen Village is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Rongsenwati Imsong.
Talking to Mokokchung Times, Naro expressed her happiness and added that this came as a total surprise for her.
She then expressed how her dream has been to become a Doctor and would definitely take up science stream in Queen Mary Higher Secondary School.
“I really want to thank my parents, relatives and my friends who have supported me. I want to thank God for answering my prayers and for guiding me,” she concluded.
Top 20- Tsüwanaro Jamir
Tsüwanaro, daughter of Mr & Mrs. Alemkika of Longkong village secured the top 20th position from Queen Mary Higher Secondary School in the recently declared NBSE HSLC result.
An overwhelmed Naro expressed how she never expected to be on the topper’s list and gave her heartfelt gratitude to her parents, her teachers and especially her mother, who has been her backbone.
“My parents, even though they didn’t know much, they did their best with whatever knowledge they had. They always make sure that my needs are met and I am really thankful to my mother who has been my backbone,” she shared and continued how God has always loved and guided her although she is not the best.
Talking about her teachers, she recollected how she had been moving schools since an early age and gave a shout out to all her previous teachers who had laid her foundation and for molding her into who she is today.
Speaking about her future plans, she said she would love to attend a school affiliated with CBSE board as she believes that it will be better for her future.
“I have not made any final decisions yet and since it is really important, I don’t want to rush it,” she concluded.
