Meghalaya Govt allots land for Nagaland Patient House in Shillong

Mokokchung, September 13 (MTNews): Nagaland Minister for PWD (Works & Housing) Tongpang Ozukum on Tuesday has thanked the Meghalaya state government for allotting a fresh plot of land measuring 2.4 acres in Mawdiangdiang, Shillong for the construction of Patient House.

 

Nagaland Minister for PWD (Housing & Mechanical) Tongpang Ozukum and Meghalaya Cabinet Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar during their meeting on September 12 in New Delhi.

An update received here stated that Ozukum met Meghalaya cabinet minister Sniawbhalang Dhar at Meghalaya House, New Delhi on Monday wherein they discussed about the laying of foundation stone and commencement of construction of the Patient House in Shillong. “He assured his full cooperation and support in any manner during the construction,” the update informed.

“Minister Tongpang Ozukum asserted that the Patient House is a much required and essential infrastructure in order to provide assistance for Nagas who visits NEIGRIMS for medical treatment,” the update read.
