The All Nagaland Volleyball Championship concluded at Aliba village on Thursday with MH-10 Kohima lifting the championship trophy after defeating Changtongya Volleyball Association (CVA) in the final.

The four-set final witnessed intense competition between the two sides, regarded as one of the strongest rivalries in Nagaland volleyball today. CVA won the opening set 25–19, but MH-10 Kohima bounced back strongly to claim the next three sets 25–22, 27–25, and 25–18 to secure the title.

In the third-place match, Town Club Mangkolemba defeated Blind Spikers LL Group Dimapur with scores of 22–25, 25–21, and 15–9.

Individual awards were also presented during the closing ceremony. Imlichuba from MH-10 Kohima received the Best Spiker Award, while Limatenzük from CVA was named Best Setter. The Player of the Tournament went to Reshitemjen of MH-10 Kohima, and Moasunep from Town Club Mangkolemba was recognized as the Emerging Player of the Tournament.

A total of 18 teams from across Nagaland competed in the championship held under the theme “In Pursuit of Excellence.”

MLA and Advisor for IPR and Soil & Water Conservation, Imkong L. Imchen, graced the closing ceremony as the Chief Guest. The three-day tournament was organized by LL Group and managed by Nakzoer.
