Mokokchung, March 11 (MTNews): On April 26 of 2021, a written FIR was received at Mokokchung PS-II from Mohan Ram Bhadu, owner of Matsung Hadrware Shop, Mokokchung, stating that one of his salesmen, Hetram Saran, had stolen cash and transferred it to his sister’s bank account and his own bank account. However, according to a Mokokchung police report, Hetram Saran was found to have disappeared from the shop since April 17, 2021. In this connection, a case was registered at Mokokchung PS-11.
During the course of investigation, details of bank transaction were obtained from Axis Bank Mokokchung and SBI Main Branch Mokokchung and found that electronic transferring of money to his account and others was established, the police said. In the further course of investigation, the Mokokchung Police personnel proceeded to Rajasthan after locating Hetram Saran at Mukam village, Rajasthan, which was obtained from S.P Office Cyber Cell Mokokchung.
Consequently, with the assistance of Nokha Police, Rajasthan, the accused person was arrested from Mukam Village, Nokha Bikaner, Rajasthan. Later, the accused person was transited to Mokokchung for further investigation. On thorough examination, the accused person admitted his guilt for committing crime. In this connection, further course of investigation is going on, Mokokchung police said, and added that the person involved in the case was booked under relevant section of Law.
