The Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC) organized a farewell program on May 30 at the MMC Complex in honor of the outgoing Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MMC, Chumlamo Humtsoe. The Government of Nagaland had earlier, on May 19, announced a major reshuffle of IAS and NCS officers. Accordingly, Chumlamo Humtsoe, NCS, was transferred and posted as ADC, Satakha, while Atsungba Walling, NCS, who was serving as ADC, Akuluto, will take charge as the new ADC of Mokokchung.
