Tobacco products were seized from 14 shops near educational institutions and hospital area today for selling tobacco products within 100 yards of any Educational Institution. This was done during an enforcement activity carried out by DTCC Mokokchung under National Tobacco Control Program (NTCP) along with law enforcers from PS-1 Mokokchung. The institutions were penalized under COTPA 2003 Section 6(b).
