Mokokchung, 9 August (MTNews): Mokokchung Athletics will be organizing the ‘Mokokchung Marathon’ in commemoration of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav’ in collaboration with the district administration on 15 August. The event will be held at 6:00 AM at Imkongmeren Sports Complex.
Mokokchung Athletics has informed interested athletes to contact its Vice President or General Secretary or call 9856542605 for registration. The event will be held in two categories, namely senior and junior categories while the registration fee will be Rs.50.
It was informed that a cash prize of Rs 5000, Rs 3000 and Rs 2000 will be awarded to the top three winners respectively in both categories.
