Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has permitted JKM Infra Works LLP from Guwahati, Assam, to carry out blasting of stone for the widening of the road at the construction site of the two-lane stretch between DE F Police Church and Yisemyong at NH 61 (New NH 02), Angetyongpang Tzu River area, on Saturday, 22nd February 2025, between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with the following terms and conditions:
· The contractor shall ensure the safety and security of the life and property of the public using the road.
· The company must follow all relevant rules under the Explosives Act/Rules, 2008.
· JKM Infra LLP will be responsible for any damage to life and property. This order will remain valid only for the aforementioned day, i.e., 22nd February 2025.
