Joining the rest of the world, Mokokchung will get a treat of music on the World Music Day as ‘Blend In Events‘ is all geared up for Rockvival 2.0 set to be held at Town Hall, Mokokchung on 21 June.
As part of the ongoing preparation, the official T shirt with the logo “Rockvival 2.0”, was unveiled on June 14, at Task Force for Music & Arts (TaFMA) office Kohima with the presence of TAFMA chairman Theja Meru, and TAFMA PD Hovithal Sothu.
This year Rockvival 2.0 will be a whole day event starting off from 11 a.m. with an open mic session in places like streets, main town and other convenient places to encourage new talents which will be followed by the main event at Town Hall.
The event will witness headlining band – “Incipit”, an emerging contemporary rock band from Dimapur, enthralling performance from featuring solo artistes and band such as- Tiameren, “Front Fem”, “The spectrums”, “Stereo Groove”, “Raackers” and “Decorum disaster” .
It may be mentioned that “Blend In Events” comprises of eight members namely Temsuwapang Jamir, Imchayanger, Tiatemsu Jamir, Nungsangyanger Lemtur, Mohsem Jamir, Chubatemsu, Wapong Aier and Arenlong.
