The Mokokchung District Cricket Association (MDCA) has announced that it will be conducting a scrutiny of documents and issuing recommendation letters to players interested in attending the open trials called by the Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA).
The event will be held on 12 and 13 July 2024 between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung.
MDCA informed that all aspiring cricketers who wish to participate in the NCA Open Trials are required to attend this document verification process. Players must bring all necessary documents for scrutiny. Upon successful verification, a recommendation letter will be issued by the Association, MDCA said.

It may be mentioned here that the Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA) has announced the schedule for the Open Trials for the 2024-25 season for various categories, including U15 Girls, U16 Boys, U19 (Boys and Girls), U23 (Boys and Girls), and Senior Men’s. The open trials for all categories will be conducted at Sovima Cricket Ground from 16 to 26 July.
