The District Welfare Officer (DWO) of Mokokchung, I Mangliyangba has informed the Old Age, Widow and Disability Pensioners under National Scheme and State Schemes within Mokokchung district, who have not drawn their pension benefits during the payment period from 15 May 2024 to 4 June 2024 to draw their pension benefits at the earliest from District Welfare Office, Mokokchung during office working hours from 10 am to 2 pm.
Stating that the “Nagaland Social Security Rules, 1998” – Rule 12 (iii) requires that the payment be completed within a period of three months, the DWO informed that no payment will be made after the completion of 3 months from the commencement of the payment.
Further, for those beneficiaries with active bank account, it was informed that pension benefits have been transferred to their bank accounts on the following dates: IDBI Bank: 29-04-2024; Indian Bank: 29-04-2024; CBI Mokokchung: 30-04-2024; Canara Bank: 02-05-2024; NStCB Ltd: 03-05-2024; Bank of Baroda, Ungma: 04-05-2024; CBI Kubolong: 06-05-2024; SBI: 07-05-2024; HDFC Bank: 15-05-2024; Axis Bank: 15-05-2024.
