Mokokchung, October 28 (MTNews): After a hiatus of 2 weeks owing to the recently concluded MDFA Trophy 2022, Mokokchung Friday League continued with New Ecclesia, Revenant FC and Terokroker FC registering wins on Game week 3.
In the first match of the day, New Ecclesia beat Senso Sporting Club with two goals to none as Pangernungba broke the deadlock in the 9th minute and Acha sealed the deal for the side in the 17th minute.
Revenant FC in the second match of the day dominated Wasang FC as the former posted four goals to one. Veteran Rongsenchiba scored two goals at the 23rd and 35th minute securing a deal for the team.
Chuba and Moakaba scored a goal each at the 46th and 57th minute sealing the deal for the team while a consolation goal was scored by Wasangs’ Chubayanger in the 53rd minute however it was in vain as the side lacked skills and expertise.
In the third and final match of the day, Terokroker FC came out on top against Aturar FC as the side managed to scrap a goal off with Senyangerba scoring the solitary goal for the side.
