Mokokchung, January 29 (MTNews): The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has granted permission to JKM Infra Works in Guwahati, Assam, to conduct stone blasting at the construction site of the two-lane road between DEF Police Church and Yisemyong at NH-61 (New NH 02) in the Angetyongpang Tzü River area. The blasting is scheduled to take place on January 31, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, subject to the following terms and conditions:
The company must ensure the safety and security of the public using the road, protecting life and property.
JKM Infra Works is obligated to adhere to all relevant rules outlined in the Explosives Act/Rule of 2008, with potential accountability for any resulting damages to life or property.
The permit is valid exclusively for the specified date of January 31, 2024.
