The much-awaited repair of the road from Rotary Junction to IOC Junction in Mokokchung town is finally expected to begin. According to a communication between the Deputy Commissioner and the Superintendent of Police, Mokokchung, maintenance activities on the stretch of road between the Rotary traffic point junction and Edith Douglas School Junction are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM from 14th to 16th September 2024.
In this regard, the Deputy Commissioner has requested the Superintendent of Police to establish an alternate traffic route and designate the affected road section as a ‘No Entry’ zone for any vehicular movement during the stated period.
