Thirty-three players (6 girls and 27 boys) from the Mokokchung District Taekwondo Association (MDTA) participated in the 35th Nagaland State Taekwondo Championship and the Under-14 Catch Them Young Taekwondo Tournament 2025, held at Longleng from July 30 to 31.
The championship, featuring 486 participants from across the state, was organized by the All Nagaland Taekwondo Association (ANTA) in collaboration with the Directorate of Youth Resources and Sports, Government of Nagaland, and hosted by the Longleng District Taekwondo Association.
MDTA athletes delivered an impressive performance, securing a total of 18 medals during the championship, including 2 Gold, 9 Silver, and 7 Bronze.
