Our open access poll on “Which Bank in Mokokchung gives you the best experience” received a total of 372 comments and following are the banks that have made it to the top three:
1st: HDFC Bank
2nd: Bank of Baroda
3rd: IDBI Bank
The banks that received the most notable mentions from the public also includes: Allahabad Bank, Axis Bank and SBI Bazaar Branch.
Speaking to Mokokchung times, Manager of HDFC Bank, Mokokchung, Achamo Y Erui expressed his gratitude to their customers and to the people who have voted for HDFC.
“It’s actually very remarkable because there are a total of 12 banks in the entire district and to be selected as the best among all is very encouraging,” he said.
“We are really grateful to the customers for trusting us and we hope to keep building the trust. We have always tried to provide the best services to our customers and we will try to even make it better and make sure that we are consistent with our good service,” he added.
Responding to why he thinks they were picked as the best, Achamo suggested that perhaps it was because of their customer service which he believes is one step ahead of other banks.
“Of course, every bank has their own strategies but perhaps, ours is a step further,” he guessed.
“The next thing we will focus on is to identify the needs of the customers and fulfill them,” he concluded.
