Personnel of Mokokchung Traffic Police were seen repairing the makeshift traffic barrels at IM Road, Arkong Ward, near BJP Office, an accident prone stretch of road, on Saturday. The barrels needed to be repaired after what appeared to have been rammed on by speeding vehicles.
