Reflecting on the past, Advisor Mannen in his speech recalled how American missionaries played a significant role in bringing peace and harmony among the Ao Nagas. He noted that through Christianity, people began to venture beyond their village gates, meeting other kin and neighbors, and learning to foster harmonious relationships.

Mannen encouraged the surrounding villages of Mokokchung town to contribute actively to the town’s progress, stressing the importance of unity and collaboration. He described the Jubilee as an important milestone, a time to celebrate the sector’s achievements over the past 25 years, and a moment to reflect on the collective journey.

The Advisor urged the residents of Tzüsapang sector, one of the seven sectors in the periphery of Mokokchung village, to take pride in their sector and to work together to achieve even greater accomplishments in the future. He emphasized the need for collective efforts in both strengthening human relationships and advancing infrastructure development within the sector. He also encouraged the residents of the sector to consider the jubilee as a new beginning, to forgive and forget, and to begin anew with more unity.
